That happens to me sometimes. Its just your saliva from when you open and close your mouth %26amp; excessive lip gloss mixed together. just whipe off with tissue and re-apply just not as much.I have a problem with putting on lip balm or any type of lip gloss.I develop a white film on my lips.?
Hmm...I would think you are allergic to a common ingredient found in the lip gloss and balms.
Consult a doctor, figure out what is, then find the lip gloss/balm without that ingredient!
