Ok so with like foundation i recommend not to use ( i hate it) use concealer for maybe some imperfections, and apply bronzer ( bronzer i amazing)
now they eyes( by the way they are so different and beautiful) um i use bronzer on my eyes and a light white sparkle right above my brows looks really pretty and natural.
eyeliner most def if anything just apply a little, but really it's a must to me.
lip use a little foundation on them like a medium color, and most def. chap stick, maybe even a little lip liner ( not to dark a natural color)

Are Chapstick and Lip Gloss the same thing?
Because like im a boy and i bought lip gloss on accident lol and ive been using it? and well like it does make my lips like NOT chapped but then i just realized today that its lig loss so i'm just wondering if its the same thing? cause the only difference is that my lips are little bit shinier that's all. and i don't mind? its cute haha im gay btw just not tranny gay NO OFFENSE to the Transgendered People :0Are Chapstick and Lip Gloss the same thing?

but dont add honey when you dont have beeswax cos it wwill go all runny. also add the honey after youve melted the vaseline
for vitamins, add a capsule of vitamin e oil. just prick a hole with a needle and squeeze it out. its great for chapped lips!
Buy a plain lip gloss (or use vaseline) and mix it with a little cocoa powder. Microwave it for about 10 seconds and pour the mixture into a little pot (whatever container you want to put the lip gloss into). It works great, and smells yummy too.

As someone with dark lips I know not much is going to cover them especially not lip gloss. I would recommend a lip stick. And I know a lot of people don't like them because only older people wear them, but I'm not that old (lol) and I wear it. It give great coverage and I always wear a lip gloss over it.

With eyeliner, don't put on like an inch above and below your eyes. Just a thin like on the bottom and top. Use the liquid liner. The one I have is a cake liner in dark brown and you wet a fine brush with water. As for Mascara don't buy the new defining Maybelline in the red tube. It is horrible. I applied it over and over and when I would get to work, people would tell me: ';You forgot your mascara!'; Get a lash building kind that will make your lashes longer and fuller. It's a nice look. I like a color lip gloss. Or you can use a clear gloss and choose a lip pencil that you like and fill in all of your lips. You will look fantastic!

Also if you want your eyes to stand out more , when using eye shadow, try putting the light colors on bottom near the lash's and the darker colors on top of that, It looks great just keep practicing until you are satisfied with the results.

Its my Leavers ball/Prom on the 10th May and i want a clear, stunning and non-sticky lipgloss that i can wear! I have been looking at the premium beauty makes, and one Dior Gloss caught my eye, but want some 1st hand advice from experienced people!! (also any other advice on concelar/foundation etc that will last the night, would be good)

Ive tried lots of different brands of makeup from cheap to very expensive.... ive found that its not always the expensive ones that are the best and a lot of the time you are just paying for the brand name. The dior lip glosses I do admit have lovely packaging and great shades but they are quite sticky I think.
If you are after a clear lip gloss - ive found that the best one is by maxfactor and called silk gloss (you can buy it in boots and superdrug in uk) its a very nice looking lip gloss.... its not at all sticky - looks exactly like lip gloss yet feels all soft similar to how lip balm feels. Its great stuff ive got it in other shades too. They do a really pretty pink one in the shade velvet raspberry too.
I actually also find the best foundation is a maxfactor one - called lasting performance. Its good stuff I wear it everyday. Apply in the morning wear all day at work and can go out in the evening without needing to re apply it.
As for fake lashes... these are tricky to apply. The best ones are the individual eye lashes but obviously as its lots of lil pieces they do take some practise - eyelure make some good ones for about 6 quid (also available in boots/superdrug) they also do strip versions in varies lengths.
A good option for you if you have never used fake lashes before would be to get them done at a salon. Most beauty places will do fake eye lashes for you - so ring around your local ones i suggest. A lot offer a make up service too - so you may want to go for that for your prom instead?

To make you make-up last longer exfoliate your skin well and put a mostiriser or make-up base (can get from any make-up store or avon) before you put your foundation (let the mostiriser sink in to your skin first. exfoliate your lips with a toothbrush to make them more pouty and also for the lipgloss to last longer put a bit of foundation on underneath. fake eyelashes are a bad idea they can fall off and look dreadul if not put on properly. try using an eyelash curly (heated eyelash curlers are better) and hold for 1 minute before applying mascara. try putting vaseline on your eyelashes when you got spare time - this is like a mostiriser for the eyelashes. hope all this helps.black hair styles

I live in Toronto, and I really like Maybeline Newyork's wet shine diamonds liquid. I have No. 50, Mauvey Rock. It's really shiny and lasts, especailly the sparkles, those don't go away for a lonnggg period of time, not like a days but usually it'll last at least for hours. There not expensive, i don't think, I friend gave me this cause her mom had two so i don't know. But if your looking for something that moistruzing and gives a little color, there is blistex lip tone and if your looking for shine there's the blistex ones for shine but it also protects your lips. I think if your really look for colors get at least three glosses and layer them, they turn out to be cool new interesting colors and to top it off you can have an invisible shiny gloss on top. But don't ever put for then 3 layers. For me, if I do it's just really messed up, too thick.
I recommend Rimmel's Vinyl Gloss, all the way. I have the shade Snog, which is a rosy pink colour with some shine and a little shimmer. I also have Glimmer, which is a clear gloss with some glitter in it, and it is great for pairing with any other gloss. All their glosses have a good consistency and aren't sticky, either; the Vinyl glosses are all around $6 or $7 dollars. My next purchase will be the East End Snob shade...a peachy pink shade. It's lovely :)

No it`s NEVER ok to use anything expired, food, make up, medicines, drinks, etc... Whenever it has a stinging taste, smell throw it in the basket immediately.

Nope. I'm a teacher, and there are at least 10 different myths when it comes to faking your scantron test. A bunch of us teachers were talking about it one day, so we decided to try a few of the things we'd heard. One teacher SWORE that he knew someone who aced his SAT by rubbing a nickel over the whole sheet when he was finished, thus making all answers read correct.
We sat around in the teacher's lounge and tried just about everything. Only one thing seems to work when it comes to scantron sheets:

p.s. If you are totally oblivious about an answer, choose A if you are taking a test made out by your teacher. This is really wise, and I'll tell you why. When making out a test, the teacher will often write the question and then just put the right answer for A before thinking to put a few wrong ones first. I have made out entire tests that had A as the correct answer. I then went back and juggled some of them around, but there were still more A answers than anything else. There have been times when I've been giving a test and a kid has come up to my desk and said, ';I got 4 A's in a row. Can that be right?'; I just laugh and say, ';Probably.';

Nope. I'm a teacher, and there are at least 10 different myths when it comes to faking your scantron test. A bunch of us teachers were talking about it one day, so we decided to try a few of the things we'd heard. One teacher SWORE that he knew someone who aced his SAT by rubbing a nickel over the whole sheet when he was finished, thus making all answers read correct.
We sat around in the teacher's lounge and tried just about everything. Only one thing seems to work when it comes to scantron sheets:
Correct answers.
p.s. If you are totally oblivious about an answer, choose A if you are taking a test made out by your teacher. This is really wise, and I'll tell you why. When making out a test, the teacher will often write the question and then just put the right answer for A before thinking to put a few wrong ones first. I have made out entire tests that had A as the correct answer. I then went back and juggled some of them around, but there were still more A answers than anything else. There have been times when I've been giving a test and a kid has come up to my desk and said, ';I got 4 A's in a row. Can that be right?'; I just laugh and say, ';Probably.';
That's about the only way I can think of to up your odds. Save the lip gloss for looking glamorous, and hit the books. LOL

I don't know if it's a lip stick or a lip gloss but my friend bought it from the UK and it looks like a pen but at the top it's like a paintbrush. To get more of the lip thing you have to turn part of the pen like you are unscrewing a bottle or something (or opening a lipstick) so that the liquid (the lip stuff) goes up and wet the paintbrush thing. I think it depends on the outfit and the occasion. For work, I like a subtle lipstick. For a casual night out I like a tinted gloss but for a special occasion out at night I would go for a nice shiny lipstick that will last through out the evening without having to reapply like you have to do with gloss. I guess just think about the occasion and try to make them match your style and preference. What looks nicer lipstick or lip gloss?
I hate the feel of most lip glosses because their all sticky and come off easily,you end up eating most of it, lipsticks i don't wear much and are sometimes too dark,so i would say either a not too sticky,long lasting gloss or a light pretty lipstick.
i usually put a lipstick and then lipgloss on top- if ur going to a party this looks really glam- and lipgloss comes off fairly easily so if you apply ur lipstick with a brush- at least you keep the colour on your lips for longer.

There are only a few colors but they are nice and sheer so they work on any skin tone. I pair this stuff with thier Wexler lip plumping stuff and WOW.....looks just like the movie stars. Never thought I'd find great lip stuff at BBW!! :)

Well I kissed my boyfriend with lipgloss on thursday night and he loved the taste and didn't say anything about the sticky-ness, and kept kissing me soo... I think it just depends on the guy sweetie. I think it gives a nice flavor to the kiss.

As someone with dark lips I know not much is going to cover them especially not lip gloss. I would recommend a lip stick. With eyeliner, don't put on like an inch above and below your eyes. Just a thin like on the bottom and top. Don't let your mascera be clumpy and don't wear silvery lipgloss that makes your lips almost dissapear. Use the liquid liner. The one I have is a cake liner in dark brown and you wet a fine brush with water. As for Mascara don't buy the new defining Maybelline in the red tube. It is horrible. I applied it over and over and when I would get to work, people would tell me: ';You forgot your mascara!'; Get a lash building kind that will make your lashes longer and fuller. It's a nice look. I like a color lip gloss. Or you can use a clear gloss and choose a lip pencil that you like and fill in all of your lips. You will look fantastic!

And I also go along with most of the tips that you received from others. You just have to try new things with make up. Only way to learn. Also if you want your eyes to stand out more , when using eye shadow, try putting the light colors on bottom near the lash's and the darker colors on top of that, It looks great just keep practicing until you are satisfied with the results.

if you have applied lipstick, dab a dot of lipgloss in the middle of your bottom lip to make them look plump. :]

I live in Toronto, and I really like Maybeline Newyork's wet shine diamonds liquid. I have No. 50, Mauvey Rock. It's really shiny and lasts, especailly the sparkles, those don't go away for a lonnggg period of time, not like a days but usually it'll last at least for hours. There not expensive, i don't think, I friend gave me this cause her mom had two so i don't know. But if your looking for something that moistruzing and gives a little color, there is blistex lip tone and if your looking for shine there's the blistex ones for shine but it also protects your lips. I think if your really look for colors get at least three glosses and layer them, they turn out to be cool new interesting colors and to top it off you can have an invisible shiny gloss on top. But don't ever put for then 3 layers. For me, if I do it's just really messed up, too thick.
I recommend Rimmel's Vinyl Gloss, all the way. I have the shade Snog, which is a rosy pink colour with some shine and a little shimmer. I also have Glimmer, which is a clear gloss with some glitter in it, and it is great for pairing with any other gloss. All their glosses have a good consistency and aren't sticky, either; the Vinyl glosses are all around $6 or $7 dollars. My next purchase will be the East End Snob shade...a peachy pink shade. It's lovely :)

Just kidding. I really like ';a kiss of flavor'; by Nivea. I think they make it in cherry and strawberry, and it's a really great hydrating lip balm that gives a hint of shimmer.
Lip smackers by Bonne Belle! Everyone I knew wore it in 3rd grade, of course they stopped in 6th grade when they were ';too cool for Lip smackers.'; I still wear it cause it tastes so great! My friends all make fun of me for it haha.

I go to Bath and Body Works for mine - it's made by C.O. Bigelow in a green tube. It has mint oil in it for quick breath freshening and comes in many tints... I get the darkest tint and it goes on PERFECT and looks natural. Protects, moisturizes, and looks sexy!! Not to mention this stuff is NEVER sticky. I compared this to Victoria Secret's lipgloss and theirs always seemed stickey.

well i think that ';nude lipgloss'; means clear gloss. you can use a shade of lipstick that would suit your skin colour and apply a dab of gloss on the bottom middle lip. you can use any kind of lipgloss but be sure to use a little bit of lip balm before you use lipgloss because after a few minutes of applying the lipgloss you could get a line of that white stuff which is really annoying. i like to use any lipgloss thats glittery :D

Mary Kay has lip glosess that go clear and they also have the ones that go tann. Other than this, Mary Kay also sells a lip spa package. Basically, what it does is softens your lips while giving moist to them. My mom sells it so I get to try all sorts of things.

I have tan skin as well and I find that a nude or salmon pink gloss goes great with my color. But be careful not to go too pink or else your skin tone will clash with the brightness. With tan skin...the more natural looking, the better.

Don't go for the cheap kind, it works worse and doesn't look as good. (I actually did a science project on cheap lipgloss vs more expensive lipgloss. More people voted for the more xpensive kind (they didn't know which was which) also the more xpensive lasted longer)

well i think that ';nude lipgloss'; means clear gloss. you can use a shade of lipstick that would suit your skin colour and apply a dab of gloss on the bottom middle lip. you can use any kind of lipgloss but be sure to use a little bit of lip balm before you use lipgloss because after a few minutes of applying the lipgloss you could get a line of that white stuff which is really annoying. i like to use any lipgloss thats glittery :D
You should try makup that gives your lips some shine and a bit of glittery look.

Mary Kay has lip glosess that go clear and they also have the ones that go tann. Other than this, Mary Kay also sells a lip spa package. Basically, what it does is softens your lips while giving moist to them. My mom sells it so I get to try all sorts of things.

I have tan skin as well and I find that a nude or salmon pink gloss goes great with my color. But be careful not to go too pink or else your skin tone will clash with the brightness. With tan skin...the more natural looking, the better.
