I think they both suck. Try Neutrogena, or if you are willing to spend a little more, Clinique.
Ioreal. But i found i really great one by Revlon. Its called LipGlide. It staying on for ever and is really shinny.

loreal is better on your lips...for your lips....cover girl has better colors...if you wear a chapstick or lip balm then put covergirl over it it looks great
