Arey bhai wo Indian Girl hai. (i mean to say '; comeon folks she is an indian girl) So we should suggest her some brands that are available in India.
Victoria Secret is not available in India and MAC is too expensive for a teenage girl.
Sweety go for revlon, lakme, Maybelline, Loreal, they have a lot of good lip glosses. all are around 100 Rs. Go out to market sometime and you wouldnt have to come here to ask such questions.

the good brands will be maybelline and loreal but they range from 250-850! lotus lipbalms (the ones in the jars) come in a variety of flavours and cost rs 70 and are really good! VlCC lipbalms last longer but cost rs90. elle18 lipglosss is sticky but costs only rs40. glosses by streetwear cost rs150 and i guess the ones by lakme costing rs200 r good too!
Perhaps look up make up packages on Ebay or something. A good lip gloss for darker skintones is probably soft brown shades or light pink.
