Simpson had her lips plumped by getting collagen injections. If you wanted the color she's wearing any light pink shade of lip gloss would work on bare lips. Perhaps you should outline your lips with a light pink lip liner before applying the gloss...lipstick wouldnt work b/c it would give your lips a more matte look as opposed to glossy.
I can be positive that she must sometimes use her own lip gloss bran Dessert, they are great, and it her collection are colors she uses, so maybe that can help you!
I use MAC Lipstick in Snob with a MAC lipglass over it to get a look similar to this.
