No it`s NEVER ok to use anything expired, food, make up, medicines, drinks, etc... Whenever it has a stinging taste, smell throw it in the basket immediately.

If there's an expiration date, then it might be the best idea to toss it. This goes for any kind of makeup. They always say to buy new makeup/throw out makeup every few months, anyway.

no sorry u really shouldn't use ANY cosmetics that are expired.. U can get bumps on your lips,sick(if swallowed), and more if you use that gloss..
It's better to bin it just incase you have a reaction or something plus expired make-up is not good for you better to stay safe.
